Delicious venison from wild fallow deer, responsibly sourced by Ben Rigby, casseroled in a rich red wine sauce. This tasty filling is encased in shortcrust butter pastry made with locally milled flour and glazed with free range eggs from Sherwood Farm in Hickling.
