The Nut Roast, Vege-Sausage and Stuffing are all supplied Un-cooked and will need either placing in baking tins or shaping and cooking as desired. Please read instructions below.
Three Nut Roast
A hearty three nut roast, brimming with ALMONDS*, cashew and BRAZIL NUTS*. Flavoured with fresh herbs including basil, parsley and sage, and filled with leeks, mushrooms, apples and tomatoes. With so many natural ingredients and so much flavour this beautiful handcrafted nut roast is the centre piece of any meal. This is supplied as a wet ready-to-cook product.
Our vege sausage-mix is handmade with mushrooms, fresh garlic, fresh sage and green lentils. We supply a wet ready-to-cook mixture which you can shape and use as you wish - turn it in to vege-sausages, make burgers or 'meatballs', it's great for making sausage rolls too.
Parsnip & Date Stuffing
Beautiful golden stuffing made with parsnips, Dates* (Dates, Rice flour), fresh herbs and gluten-free breadcrumbs. This delightful dish can be cooked whole or made in to stuffing balls. It is supplied ready-to-cook.
Red Onion & Mushroom Gravy
Complete your meal with this rich and delicious mushoom and red-onion gravy. Flavoured with thyme and redcurrant jelly, this is the ultimate gravy. Keep it super thick, or add extra hot water whilst cooking to help it go a little further. This is supplied ready to re-heat and serve.

Storage & Cooking Notes
Food will keep in the fridge for up to three days.
Freeze on day of purchase for up to 3 months.
Defrost thouroughly before cooking.
Cook in the oven at 180. Small portions can take 30-50 mins, large portions can take up to 1.5 hours. Cooking times can vary depending on the oven, please use timings as guidelines and check food regularly. Prevent the top from burning by wrapping in foil. Remove foil half way through to ensure a crisp top.
Cook in the oven at 180. Either place in an oven proof dish or shape in to balls and place on greaseproof paper. Cooking time will vary between 20 minutes and 1 hour depending on how big you make your stuffing balls.
Shape in to sausages, burgers, or meat balls and shallow fry for 3-5 minutes on each side. These can also be cooked in the oven for 15-20 minutes. Wrap in pastry to make sausage rolls and cook as per pastry instructions. Eat hot or cold.
Re-heat in a pan on the hob, add extra water if you wish to thin it out a little. Simmer on a low to medium heat until bubbling hot.
